±¬ÁÏÍøPolynesian Cultural Show Showcases Cuisine, Culture

SYLVANIA CAMPUS – For fine Polynesian food and authentic traditional cultural dances look no farther than ±¬ÁÏÍø. The college presents the Third Annual Polynesian Cultural Show from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 27 in the College Center Building’s cafeteria on the Sylvania Campus, located at 12000 S.W. 49th Ave. A Polynesian cuisine luncheon will be served at noon and there will be entertainment provided by Portland’s own "Treasures of Polynesia."The cost of the lunch buffet is $5 with $1.50 from each ticket sale benefiting the ±¬ÁÏÍøMulticultural Center Scholarship Fund. Tickets can be purchased in advance beginning Monday, April 9 at the Sylvania Multicultural Center, located in room 202 of the CC Building. This event has been made possible by the Polynesian Cultural Show Planning Committee, the ±¬ÁÏÍøDiversity Fund, ±¬ÁÏÍøFood Services, Student Programs & Involvement Network, History Department, Women’s Resource Center, Collective Voice Student Organization, and the Multicultural Center.
