±¬ÁÏÍøSoutheast Center offers t'ai chi class for seniors

PORTLAND, Ore. – T’ai chi has been know for centuries to increase flexibility and stamina while reducing stress. This spring ±¬ÁÏÍø will offer this non-credit class especially for seniors.T’ai Chi for Seniors will increase your movement and make you feel energized and relaxed. Instructor Stephanie Whitechurch will teach a concise, graceful short form in a supportive and fun environment."T’ai chi is a great way to stimulate your mind as well as your body,"said Julie Wolleck, ±¬ÁÏÍøCommunity Education manager. "PCC’s dance room at the new Southeast Center inspires the process with its sunlight and calming atmosphere."The five-week class will meet from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays, March 31 through April 28, in Room 102 of Mt.
