PORTLAND, Ore. – ±¬ÁÏÍø is helping Hurricane Katrina evacuees adjust to their new life following the disasters.For residents of the Gulf Coast region, ±¬ÁÏÍøis offering free tuition and fees for fall term. Qualifying individuals must provide proof of residency from the affected areas.
