My±¬ÁÏÍøAccount Reactivation
If you have been away from ±¬ÁÏÍøfor a few years, your My±¬ÁÏÍøaccount may need to be reactivated. To do so, you can simply re-apply.
My±¬ÁÏÍøPassword Reset
My±¬ÁÏÍønow has a password recovery self-service feature. In order to take advantage of this new capability, and to get your My±¬ÁÏÍøaccount “refreshed” in the new system, go to . You will be guided through the process of getting your My±¬ÁÏÍøaccount set up in the new system (if you have not done so already). New My±¬ÁÏÍøusers do not need to perform this step. For ±¬ÁÏÍøemployees, performing this step will also set you up for “single sign on” – Your My±¬ÁÏÍøpassword will be the same as your Active Directory (AD), D2L, Perceptive Content, email, and several other systems.
For help with your My±¬ÁÏÍøpassword, you must contact the ±¬ÁÏÍøComputer Service Desk at 971-722-4400 (or x4400). We are unable to perform password resets over email. You will be asked to verify your identity for security purposes.
If you have forgotten your My±¬ÁÏÍøpassword and you have been set up in MyPCC’s new self-service password recovery system (see above), go to: pcc.edu/password to recover your password.
Multi-factor Authentication
To manage your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) devices after initially setting up a device, you will need to log-in to our your page using your My±¬ÁÏÍøEmail address. After this, you will be taken to the ±¬ÁÏÍøportal and will need to log-in using your My±¬ÁÏÍøcredentials.

Banner is a single sign-on system. Log in to My±¬ÁÏÍøand find the “Banner” link on the employee tab. For assistance with Banner access or login, call the Service Desk at 971-722-4400
Document Imaging – Perceptive Content
Your Perceptive Content username and password are the same as your My±¬ÁÏÍøusername and password.
