Photography is one of the best opportunities to convey the personality of ±¬ÁÏÍø.

A good image becomes the opening sentence of your story, grabs people’s attention, and ingrains itself into a person’s memory. PCC’s photography style reflects and reinforces our brand by spotlighting our unique and diverse community.

Photography guidelines

When taking someone’s photograph, it is necessary to ask your subject to sign a media release form. When photographing a minor, a media release form must be signed by a legal guardian. It is not necessary to collect a media release form from someone who is in a public place or crowded scene where no prominent person is featured (such as events).

Media release forms

When taking someone’s photograph, capturing them on film, or using their story or likeness in a project for ±¬ÁÏÍø, it is required to ask your subjects to sign a media release form, per Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

If you have any questions regarding the media release or its use, please email us.
