Steps to Success (TANF services) at the Willow Creek Opportunity Center
Participant referrals
When referring participants to the ±¬ÁÏÍøSteps to Success Employment and Training JOBS Program in Washington County, referrals are to be completed by ODHS Family Coaches (District #16) through the JOBS Outcome Indicators (JOI) system. These services are available only for individuals currently receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families).
